President of the Eritrean Islamic Congress calls on Egyptian authorities not to fire on unarmed civilians

He noted Mr. Hassan Salman in his remarks to the Organization of African Unity Convention of 1969 for the protection of refugees in the countries of Africa and entered into force in June 1974, came of this Agreement are complementary to the Charter of the United Nations, issued in 1951.The convention included a number of principles for the protection of refugees, including, not to endanger the refugees to arbitrary measures at the border, return or expulsion which motivates him to return or stay in the area may be a presence as a threat to his life or safety or freedom and the impermissibility of punishing refugees for fleeing, and the necessity to provide possible assistance to facilitate their return.
